All 50 US states, plus Puerto Rico and Guam. We don't ship internationally yet.

When it goes out
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Hawai'i time on a business day ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.
Transit from Honolulu by USPS Ground Advantage typically runs 2–3 days within Hawai'i and 4–7 days to the mainland. Those are the carrier's numbers, not a guarantee — shipping from an island adds variance that nobody controls.
Returns
Coffee is a perishable food product, so we can't accept returns on opened bags. If a bag arrives damaged, or the coffee is wrong or stale on arrival, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No return shipping required — keep it or pass it on.
Unopened brewing gear can be returned within 30 days in its original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
