BBB Giveaway — Official Rules
NO DONATION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A donation or purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor. Dripp Project, LLC dba DRiP Studio ("DRiP STUDiO HNL"), 1114 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu, HI 96813 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Hawaiʻi who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period. The giveaway starts when the entry form went live on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and ends Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:59 pm Hawaiʻi Standard Time (HST). Entries received after the end time will not be accepted.
4. How to enter. Scan any Books, Brews & Beats QR code (on event signage, in the shop, on Instagram @dripstudiohnl, or on a book-donation card). Complete the online form with your first name, last name and email address, and confirm you are 18+, a Hawaiʻi resident, and agree to these rules. Phone number is optional. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries (same email or phone number) count as one entry. Automated or bulk entries are void.
5. Prizes. Two (2) prizes. Each prize is one $50 DRiP STUDiO HNL gift card. Approximate retail value: $50 each, $100 total. One prize per person. Gift cards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are subject to the gift card's terms of use. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
6. Drawing. On Monday, October 19, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select two (2) winners and two (2) alternates from all eligible entries in a live drawing on Instagram @dripstudiohnl. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification and claim. Winners will be notified from giveaways@dripstudio.online at the email address they entered. Each winner must reply within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize, either picked up at the shop or sent as a digital gift card. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot be reached, the prize goes to the next alternate in the order drawn. Winners will be announced on Instagram on or after Friday, October 23, 2026, by first name and last initial, and only with their permission.
8. How we use your information. We use the information you submit to run this giveaway and contact winners. If you check the optional boxes, we will also send you DRiP news and offers by email and/or text. Checking those boxes is not required to enter or win. We add all entrants to our customer list for this event, but only send marketing to people who opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information.
9. General. By entering, you agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the giveaway can't run as planned because of something outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or modify it and draw from eligible entries received before then. Winners release Sponsor from liability related to accepting or using the prize, to the extent the law allows.
10. Instagram. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to it.
11. Winners list. For the names of the winners, email giveaways@dripstudio.online after October 23, 2026.
